ID (identification) is required at time of booking and a rental agreement must be signed by the guest booking with us. Cancelation Policy upholds for every and all reservations
We accept any valid driver licenses, provisional licenses, or passports
Reservations are fully refundable up until 30 days prior to check-in time. 50% refundable between 29-14 days prior to check-in time. Non-refundable within 13 days of check-in time
As much as we love pets, we unfortunately do not allow any pets whether for a little bit or to stay the entire reservation. We are very sorry about this & hope you understand!

If you would like to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability.
We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to extend your stay. If this is the case, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance via email so we can check availability and make the necessary arrangements. Please note that additional fees apply for extended stays.
The property is equipped with smart locks. A code will be given to you prior to your arrival. To check-in, enter it using the digital keypad. There is no need to meet anyone or pick up a physical key.
Absolutely! There is parking for the tenants; your guess will use street parking. Parking is in the designated spot and absolutely not on the grass.
No, smoking is not allowed inside the property. If you smoke outdoors, please clean up all the remnants. Please note that cannabis is illegal in barbados and is not permitted on the property. If smoking is detected by our cleaners, you will forfeit your entire security deposit. Thanks for helping us keep the property safe and clean!
