Coral Isle Homes is a modern condo located in the peaceful residential neighborhood of Welches Terrance, St Thomas. This unit, situated on the ground floor, comprises of 2 bedrooms, 1.5-bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room and front patio; all furnished with modern up to date furnishings and equipment; everything you need for your island home away from home comfort.
Free wifi internet access is available throughout the condo.
There is no daily housekeeping service provided. Weekly housekeeping will be provided during your stay, additional Housekeeping can be requested to your needs, at a cost.
Car is not necessary but highly recommended! Private parking on site. 2/2A bus line is three minutes’ walk away.
The condo is located just 3 minutes’ drive from the Warrens Business district; a couple minutes’ walk from Cost.U.Less and the island’s newest shopping plaza The Walk; about 7 Minutes’ drive to Brandon, Paynes Bay & Folkestone beach.

Beach chairs are available for rental and there are several shaded areas on the beach to which you can retreat when the sun gets a bit too hot.
Water-sports activities, including jet skiing and catamaran sailing, are available from the beach.
Brandon’s Beach
Brandon’s Beach possesses a wonderfully long stretch of white sand that is perfect for lazing and sunbathing. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for renting, and there are conveniently placed changing facilities, toilets and showers.
Folkestone Beach
The beach at Folkestone is an attractive expanse of golden sand bordered by trees and picnicking areas. Beach loungers and umbrellas can be rented and changing facilities with showers, toilets and lockers are available. Other amenities include food and drink outlets, souvenir shops, a children’s adventure park and playground, tennis courts, and a basketball court, an on-duty lifeguard and beach security personnel.
Folkestone Beach is home to the Folkestone Marine Park; Folkestone Marine Park is an underwater park with a museum displaying marine and coastal environment photographs, as well as other artifacts and specimens of marine life in a saltwater aquarium. Visitors can also see exhibits relating to Barbados’ fishing industry, and an informative interpretive centre.
